Fresh Food Distribution

Oak Hills Church is honored to partner with the San Antonio Food Bank to bless and serve local families with fresh and non-perishable food items. Join us as we come together to support families in our community through practical care, encouragement, and hospitality. Whether you choose to serve or receive food, everyone is welcome.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting and welcoming families as they arrive
• Assisting with food box distribution
• Helping direct traffic and manage distribution flow
• Supporting setup and cleanup throughout the event
• Encouraging and serving families in the community

Event Details

• Date: Thursday, July 9, 2026
• Time: Gate opens at 9:30 AM, Distribution runs 12:00 PM–1:30 PM
  (May close earlier if food has been fully distributed.)
• Location: Oak Hills Church Crownridge Campus
  19595 W Interstate 10, San Antonio, TX 78257-9520
  (Enter at the first gate on the IH-10 access road.)
• Who Can Serve: Individuals, families, and groups are welcome to volunteer.
• Registration: Click HERE to sign up to volunteer or pre-register to receive food. Pre-registration for food pickup opens two weeks prior to the event date and closes the Tuesday evening before distribution or once capacity is reached.

Important Information

• Wear: OHC Shirt and closed-toe shoes
• Bring: Water bottle and sunscreen if desired
• Parking: Please enter through the first gate on the IH-10 access road
• Accessibility Notes: Food pickup is drive-through friendly
